Hello again
I’m Heidi, a muralist & public arts administrator working across California and beyond. My mural practice is rooted in the belief that public art can shape how people experience shared space, encouraging participation, interaction, and a stronger sense of place.
I paint murals and live paint walls as a member of San José–based Together We Create (TWC), a collective dedicated to empowering youth and communities through graffiti, urban art, and hands-on engagement.
Alongside my mural practice, I work with artists, project teams, municipalities, and public agencies on collaborative public art projects spanning concept development through installation. My work includes project planning, proposal development, and community-centered public art engagement and coordination.
Drawing on a background in nonprofit arts administration, I’m especially interested in projects that require both creative collaboration and organizational coordination, helping ideas move from concept to completion while staying grounded in public space and community context.

Artist Bio
Heidi Jumper is a California-based muralist, teaching artist, and arts administrator whose work centers on floral imagery and bold graphic elements realized through community-centered, collaborative processes. She regularly paints murals and live paints walls at festivals and public-facing events across the region.
Her practice is informed by years of experience in community arts programming and art and healing-centered teaching, approaching each project as a chance to co-create vivid, welcoming spaces that strengthen connections between people and place. In addition to her individual work, Heidi frequently collaborates with a broad network of established public artists on large-scale projects, contributing to initiatives that span neighborhoods, public infrastructure, civic spaces, and cultural events.
